7. How to plan your days

You can greatly increase your efficiency and reduce a good amount of stress by planning your days. Stress often occurs when we feel overwhelmed and/or out of control, which is exactly what we counteract by planning. If you have broken down your goals into steps you can simply add those steps to your day plan and then if any spontaneous to do’s appear you can keep them in the same place and get a good overview on everything that needs to be done.
