2. How to reflect on your mood
To understand how your actions affect your mood and well-being, it’s a good idea to frequently record how you feel. Whenever you do something that makes you feel good or bad, or whenever you just feel like something without knowing why, use the mood tracker to reflect on it. The act itself will make you feel better in the moment and putting words to your emotions as well as reflecting on your actions will develop your ability to understand and control your behavior.
