1. How to define your well-being
Remente is designed to help you improve your well-being for the long haul.
Our well-being consists of many factors and to keep track of them all we use a “life-wheel”. The wheel is divided into 8 categories that together make up the a close to fair representation of our life.
When creating your life-wheel, you simply try to rate how satisfied you are in each category between 1 & 10. Since we are all so different, it’s up to you to decide what either end of the scale represents. It can help to think about how you felt at this time just one year ago, just to get some perspective. Think about highs and lows within this area throughout your life and rate in accordance with those. Try to focus on yourself and don't compare yourself to other people.
