How do I cancel my Remente Premium subscription?
NOTE: Uninstalling the app or deleting your Remente account will not automatically stop your Remente Premium subscription. To stop the Remente Premium subscription and the recurring payments, you need to cancel the subscription.
The subscription you've purchased remains active until it reaches its expiry date, even when you cancel it right after the purchase.
Depending on the payment method you have used, there are different ways of canceling your subscription:
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Your subscription can only be cancelled on your iTunes account by following these instructions: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions.
Google Play
Manage your subscription in the Google Play Account Settings. Please make sure that you log in with the Google Play account you used when you downloaded the Remente app. For more information, please see Subscriptions on Google Play.
Other methods (Remente Web or Desktop)
