How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

NOTE: Uninstalling the app or closing your Remente account will not automatically stop your Remente Premium subscription. To stop the Remente Premium subscription and the recurring payments, you need to cancel the subscription. 

Depending on the payment method you have used, there are different ways of canceling your subscription:

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

Your subscription can only be cancelled on your iTunes account by following these instructions: Apple Instructions (English), German, Spanish,  Italian, French, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian.

Google Play

Manage your subscription here. Please make sure that you log in with the Google Play account you used when you downloaded the Remente app. Here are further instructions on how to manage your subscription: Google Play Instructions (English).

Worth noting is that the subscription you’ve purchased remains active until it reaches its expiry date, even when you cancel it right after the purchase.

Here's an example to illustrate how it works: 

You purchased a 1 month subscription and then chose to cancel it right away. The subscription will remain active until the end of the 1 month period.
